Job description:1) Production Planning and Monitoring the manpower
2) Find out Root causes and solution.
3) Work under in TQM.
4) Work with development department to solve the problems of customers.
5) Awareness about breakdown maintenance of machines.
6) Extra time save in preventive maintenance.
7) To Maintain 5s, Kaizen, TQM, PDCAC, Just in Time Audit.
8) Work on material handling and managements techniques, also the housekeeping.
9) Increase production efficiency with minimum rejitration.
10) To inspect the production job.
11) Monitoring the daily production report.
